I won’t bore you with the ‘I get into the office and the first thing I do is make a cup of tea’ nonsense, well at least not from this point on!
I’m going to try and help you understand what I believe makes working with the internet one of the most fascinating jobs that you could do and that isn’t just because I love my job, it’s more about how quickly your job can change from one minute to the next. Some days you may be on different tasks ranging from debugging an issue to launching a new site and other days you could be working on just one project.
Working as a Web Developer with 27 Web is brilliant. We have such a great team around us, from Videographers to Graphic Designers. We have a wide range of clients from small start-ups to established businesses; there’s never time to be bored and there’s never nothing to do!
When I started with 27 my skill set was very limited. I was a website developer and nothing else. Since starting at 27 I have been given the opportunity to get a better understanding of the digital world. Having this opportunity has helped me assist other team members develop their social media marketing and graphic design skills.
Back to Web Development at 27. We have a varied client base ranging from simple websites for small companies all the way through to bespoke online education platforms with custom login systems, a difficult but enjoyable development. Many challenges have been thrown at us along the way, but with strong support from colleagues, we have overcome them all.
